Bar of Ireland launches survey on the State of ADR in 2025
The Bar of Ireland is calling on all practitioners in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to share their insights for an upcoming State of ADR in 2025 Report, which will compile perspectives from mediators, arbitrators, adjudicators and other ADR professionals.
As the ADR sector in Ireland continues to grow, The Bar of Ireland is seeking input from barristers and other professions such as solicitors, engineers, accountants and surveyors who are often involved in resolving these disputes either solely or in conjunction with others.
Why you should participate in the survey
Ahead of the survey launch, Chair of the Bar’s ADR Committee Cathy Smith SC said:
“This survey offers a unique opportunity for professionals across various fields to contribute their perspectives on the trends, benefits and challenges within ADR.
Each practitioner in the ADR space has the potential to bring the uniqueness of their profession to the outcome. That’s why we are canvassing the views of various sectors including engineers, accountants, surveyors and law professionals.
We encourage all practitioners to take a few minutes to share their thoughts.”
The survey results will be compiled into a comprehensive, free report on the state of ADR in Ireland in 2025, which will be valuable to both practitioners and businesses.
The survey will run for the month of February.
The survey takes five minutes to complete, and can be completed by clicking below.
