Biography
After many years in practice as an advocate my main interests now are in Mediation in all areas of law and in facilitation of dialogue generally. I am also interested in presenting talks or seminars in the area of dialogue, negotiation and communication between and within organizations as a means of resolving disputes and enhancing creativity and opportunity. I also intend to do some work in the field of ecological law which will probably be advisory only and pro-bono. My presentation: “O let the wild geese fly” deals with dialogue and negotiation particularly as a means of activism and producing change in this time of ecological catastrophe and I am available to present this to groups on a pro-bono basis.
Recent Cases & Legal Work
I continue to mediate in a broad range of legal cases and my experience and qualifications can be seen on my mediation CV.
