  • Acted for defendant in Circuit Court in successful defence of a claim for damages arising out of a claimed breach of Data Protection rights.
  • Acted for a plaintiff in a High Court action claiming relief and damages under the Commercial Agents Directive (2011/7/EU as implemented by SI 580/2012) in the international automotive industry.
  • Acted for a person of unsound mind (not so found) before the High Court in seeking to resist an application to produce an Enduring Power of Attorney.
  • Acted in arbitrations for both commercial landlord and tenants in respect of rent reviews.
  • Acted in a number of shareholder disputes before both the High Court and Commercial arbitrators.
  • Stephen has also had the privilege of being briefed by the Attorney General and Chief State Solicitor’s Office in relation to matters of European Union Law and WTO Law.
