Biography
Niall O’Neill is a Junior Counsel with a broad practice in the Circuit and Superior Courts.
Niall practises on the Dublin and Northern Circuits in such areas as Personal Injury and Tort, Equity/Chancery, Family, Probate and Crime. Niall has appeared regularly for the Child and Family Agency in all Courts including the Court of Appeal. Niall has also appeared in the Morris Tribunal and the Disclosures Tribunal.
Currently Niall is a member of the Equality and Resilience Committee of the Bar Council
Niall is originally from Dublin and New York but has also worked, lived and studied in Northern Ireland.
