Main areas of practice: Commercial, Company and Property Litigation (including advisory and court work in relation to solvent and insolvent schemes of arrangement, insolvency processes including examiner ship, liquidation and bankruptcy, insurance schemes and portfolio transfers, cross-border mergers and SE formation, jurisdiction disputes, regulatory and banking law, judicial review and statutory appeals).

Acting extensively for private clients, including insurance and financial service providers and banks, as well as for the State, and state bodies, various government departments, the Criminal Assets Bureau, the Standards in Public Office Commission, the Office of the Parliamentary Legal Advisor, the Insolvency Service of Ireland, the Central Bank, the National Asset Management Agency and the Pensions Ombudsman.
