Biography
David Browne practises in the area of administrative and public law, specialising in local government, planning, procurement and environmental law, and was appointed as Senior Counsel in 2023.
David has appeared before the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) as well as all levels of the domestic courts where he has acted for individual Applicants, environmental NGOs, An Bord Pleanála, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), State parties, developers and local authorities.
