Liam has significant practical commercial “real life” experience, having spent thirty years in different senior management roles within industry before joining the Law Library in 2008. He brings a practical approach to the resolution of disputes, while ensuring that outcomes meet best-practice legal standards. His experience includes ten years work with the Residential Tenancies Board as Adjudicator and Tribunal Member/Tribunal Chair. Since commencing practice in 2008, Liam has focussed on civil law, including commercial and contact law, personal injury law, family law (separations and divorce) and alternative dispute resolution in its different forms.

Special interests include Wildlife Law, Firearms Legislation, Equine Law and law affecting property rights including Sporting Rights, Rights of Way and other easements and profits à prendre.
