Eoin Morris is a Junior Counselwith a general practise having a focus on Commercial Litigation and Public and Administrative Law. Eoin was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2008 before being admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in 2012 to take up a position with a top-tier international law firm.

Eoin was readmitted to the degree of Barrister-at-Law in 2022 and recommenced practise as a barrister in October 2022.

Eoin has appeared in a number of high profile cases involving Landlord and Tenant Law,  Refugee and Asylum Law including Reception Conditions for Refugees, Construction Disputes and Arbitrations as well as General and Commercial Litigation matters.

In addition to regularly appearing before the Superior Courts, Eoin advises domestic and international clients on a wide range of matters such as media law, intellectual property rights and data protection issues.
