Bonnie has a civil and commercial practice.

Bonnie specialises in the area of probate and succession law, equity and trusts. She is instructed in probate litigation on behalf of both applicants and estates, including claims by beneficiaries, testamentary challenges, S117 proceedings and construction suits. She regularly appears in the non-contentious probate list.

She advises in complex matters involving trusts, powers of attorney, capacity and probate and succession law. She has presented lectures on the Law Society STEP diploma, to the DSBA Probate and Tax Committee and other associations.

Bonnie is a member of the Society of Trusts and Estate Planning (STEP) and the Probate Bar Association.

Her other areas of practice include contractual disputes, in particular mortgage litigation, and medical negligence.
