The volume of jurisprudence from the Irish Courts has increased significantly in recent years, none more so than in the area of Planning and Environmental Law.
In addition to the specialist Planning and Environment Court (which has three judges appointed to it) cases which raise planning, environment and local government issues regularly appear in the Judicial Review and Non-Jury lists, as well as before the Appellate Courts.
Against this backdrop, it is difficult to practitioners to keep up to date with the most recent developments in the case law.
This PELGBA CPD event will provide practitioners with an update on some of the most recent decisions in the area of planning and environmental law, followed by a drinks reception in the Sheds afterward.
