Given the vital importance of International Protection Appeals and the ongoing (and growing) number of cases in this area, the first IACBA CPD event to kickstart 2025 will focus on appeals before the International Protection Appeals Tribunal.
As IPAT hearings are largely conducted remotely, the CPD will be hosted online on Thursday 23rd January 2025 from 4pm to 5pm through Teams. The event will focus on how to prepare and run International Protection Appeal cases, hearings, alongside navigating various and relevant issues in the presentation of such appeals. This CPD is open to all and will provide useful guidance from a range of speakers, in assisting IPAT practitioners to refine and/or advance their skills. This event will be of particular value to junior practitioners who may be starting off or cultivating their practice before the International Protection Appeals Tribunal.
We look forward to seeing you at the first IACBA CPD event of 2025.
