Biography
Eoin has been in practice since 2007 & has focused primarily on criminal law. In recent years he has expanded his practice into governance, focused specifically on sporting organisations, & licencing.
Eoin prosecutes on behalf of Wicklow County Council’s Waste Management Division.
Eoin is a member of the European Court of Arbitration for Handball.
Eoin is the Legal and Governance Director for the Irish Olympic Handball Association and is the disciplinary officer.
Eoin has advised Softball Ireland and Softball Leinster in their governance and preparation of their constitutions.
This experience has allowed Eoin to build up a significant bank of experience in the preparation of sporting organisations, especially smaller type A and B organisations for the Sport Ireland Governance Code requirements.
