Méabh is a practising barrister with a general civil practice and a particular interest in EU and commercial law.

She undertook her LL.B. (Ling Franc) in Trinity College Dublin and is a former scholar of the College.

She was called to the Bar of Ireland in 2022 and she has previously worked as a Judicial Assistant to the Court of Appeal and as a Legal Researcher in the Law Reform Commission of Ireland and in the Office of Parliamentary Legal Advisors in the Houses of the Oireachtas.
