Biography
David Danagher is a Barrister at Law and has over six years experience in representing clients in various legal matters, such as defamation, data protection, personal injuries, healthcare, employment law, commercial litigation, judicial review, insolvency and restructuring. He is a member of the Bar of Ireland and holds a Masters in Corporate and Financial Law from Kingston University and most recently completed a certificate in Financial Analysis and Valuation for Lawyers from Harvard Law School.
David’s core competencies include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and submissions, advising clients on their rights and obligations, negotiating settlements, and appearing before Courts and Tribunals. He is also proficient in public speaking, teamwork, and GDPR compliance. He is passionate about providing high-quality legal services and achieving positive outcomes for his clients.
